With roots in Phillipsburg, having grown up, went to and played football for PHS, Chezada knows the town, its residents, and it's history. Playing football for Phillipsburg not only during its 100th year as a program, but also during the 100th Phillipsburg-Easton rivalry was a highlight in his life.

He remembers his first time buying a home, working with talented real estate professionals, sparked his current interest in real estate! Real Estate is a passion for Chezada, and with his background working for the New Jersey State Police, it is easy to see why many clients and families called Chezada for help buying and selling. Chezada has been a part of the Weichert family for 3 years, but he isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. Chezada has served the residents of New Jersey for the last 9 years working for the New Jersey State Police and loves being a part of other Phillipsburg community events. Looking out for and helping people is his nature!
