As the Branch Vice President and Broker for the Phillipsburg, NJ office, I am passionate about guiding both new and experienced agents toward achieving success in their real estate careers. For those just starting out, I provide a structured and supportive foundation to help them launch with confidence, while for seasoned agents, I focus on helping them refine their skills, set ambitious goals, and reach new heights in their business. With a background as a project manager, real estate began was a second career for me, but quickly became a calling. I discovered not only a talent for the business itself, but also a deep enjoyment in leading and mentoring others. Earning my Broker’s license and managing an office allowed me to combine my leadership skills with my love for real estate, and I take pride in helping agents fulfill their dreams.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in mentorship that blends encouragement, accountability, and structured coaching. I am committed to developing agents by giving them the tools, strategies, and confidence to push past their own perceived limits. Through consistent guidance and a focus on growth, I help agents achieve results they may not have thought possible—transforming potential into proven success.”  One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a former professional singer, brand new to real estate and the area, grow into a successful agent by following a daily success schedule and lead-generating strategies.
